It indeed is a Korean name. The thing about Chinese in Korean (hanmun) is that Chinese can be translated into Korean, but Korean can't definitively be translated into Korean. There are just too many ideographs that go with each sound in Korean.
서 (seo) is a surname, and I think it's 徐 (xu).
준 (jun) = jun (I don't know the tone)
호 (ho) = hao (I don't know the tone)

That's one of typical Korean male's names.

However, it's hard to tell the exact meaning of this name because people use many different chinese characters on this simple Korean word. It can be translated in many different ways.
