since you have internet access, try to visit educational websites teaching english
also, try reading english newspapers and english books for children for a start... really helps

Having taught English in a foreign country, the best way to learn to speak it is to find English speaking people and have a conversation with them. The more you speak it the easier it gets. Also find a dictionary that has your language and English and read the word and the meaning. Learn one or two words a day and use them when you can.

English is very rich in vocabolary,read Englih books to build your vocabolary level,liten English songs ,get the lyrics and sing along wih the singer it will help you to learn English in better way,try this English chat room
