Funny freakin thing is you never know what the heck happens to weather in NYC it might rain it might get cold in summer it might got hot in winter sooo its unpredictable YOU NEVA KNOW

Sometimes it appears around Thanksgiving, but rarely.
Otherwise the first snow comes in December/January.
