Virtually 100% the numbers show 99.9999% etc because of possible mistakes in testing, not because of the accuracy of the tests. My Y-DNA has been tested to this standard back 30 or so generations very, very accurate.www.genetree.com Try this for a beggining.

I would assume its at least 40% since paternal is 99.9%.

provided the dna samples are viable (good specimens)... almost 100%.

well i heard that for a father and child, the accuracy is 99.9%
