partially hydrogenated oils!

your body doesn't recognize that crap so it doesn't know how to get rid of it!....thus, storing it in the places you don't want storage.

who told you caffeine was bad! Caffeine is only bad when taken with large amounts of sucrose (sugar), like your coffee. This is why people contribute it to the obesity rate of america, when caffeine really didnt do anything!

Its a great fat burner. it causes fat stores to release fat cells into the bloodstream, where they can be burned by the body. It also increases endurance.

Caffeine helps in decreasing headaches/migranes. that should be well known...

If you work out, it helps out in the recovery phase after a workout.

Theres nothing wrong with caffeine, so please do some more research before you start calling it "dodgy"

Monsodiumglutomate. Found in meat products and is supposed to enhance the taste. It can give you headaches and cause sweating and palpitations of the heart. Also used in a lot of Chinese cooking. Tinned meats are the worst offenders.
Happy New Year.

Loads of stuff - hydrogenated fats, all forms of sugar, preservatives, salt, colour, flavouring, E-numbers, all forms of artificial sweetner, pesticide residues. Best thing to do is to eat real, organic food that doesn't come in a box.

The dodgiest are sugar and salt. Why bother putting expensive food in the product when you can pad it out with salted sugar water.

Oh goodness me yes... look at the food standards agency website [link below]..

I'm particularly wary of polonium 210, monosodium glutamate and benzine... but it's all down to personal choice really.
