She was working at the same office with me but different department. I been noticing her since 2 mths ago... Recently during Christmas i give her a card and chocolate... and manage to
communicate throught office email...
Is my hint obivous enough? How should i carry on from here?

The card and chocolate is sweet, but if ya wanna be a little daring, see what her reaction is when you ask her to join you at The Hilton for an evening in a whirlpool suite. Don't forget candles, wine and ahem! Massage oils !!

OK, this will be easy if you follow me. First make sure she knows your in to her, we women like that. For her to notice you, you need to actually talk to her (not on email). If she is in a different apartment than you, then on your break make occasional visits to her office. Once she notices you, ask her out to coffee on a Sunday morning. Don't ask her out to dinner, that's being to forward. On the coffee date tell her you want to see her again. Then ask her out to the movies and dinner. Be calm and don't go to forward when you walk her home ;). On the second date take out on a picnic, have some fun, go for a bike ride. And on the last date do what she wants to do. After wards walk her to her door, you can take it from there. Good Luck!!

grow some balls and ask her out. worst thing that could happen is her say no, then you know that she hasnt noticed you in the same way and you know that you and her werent meant to be. besides even if you ask her out and yall have dinner or something the connection still might not be there. but it never hurts to have more friends!
