hmmm are u seriously young? cause if u are then ur period is when blood comes out of ur vagina and this is so that when u hav sex u can conceive a baby... u should get ur periods between the ages of like 13-16 normally... and they come every month for most girls until u are about 50 when menopause hits... if sumone is asking u this... i could b because they think u should be getting them soon or it could b because u are being cranky and they think u have PMS which is post menstral syptoms... most girls get cranky before they hav there periods... hope that helps... well they just want to know whether ur in ur menstrual period,maybe u were acting wierd or haughty...moods are different in this time...u get annoyed soon...so may be confirming.....on the other hand it can also mean trying to find out whether ur a big a gal or not!

they are probably being very sarcastic - like is there a reason you are so grouchy, unreasonable, etc... is this your time of the month when some women can be grouchy or unreasonable. to put it bluntly they want to know why you are being such a biatch.
