I always buy an Ordnance Survey Map, then you can map out your own routes. Failing that contact the Lowestoft Tourist Information Centre and ask them if they`ve got any route guides. You will probably have to pay for them though, and have them sent to you through the post. Sustrans (google it) is a charity cycling project, and they have route maps and guides in all areas, but it would be through the post again.

U.K I guessYou might like to try Bikely.com (it's a freebie) there are lots of rides from all over the world. I'm sure there will be one near you. Includes directions and Gps co-ordinates. You even get a satellite picture of the routes. Plenty of others to whet your appetite also.

over to blundeston, somerleyton (this where twiggy now lives !), fritton woods, only snag is roads are narrow and the driving standards in this area are diabolical. burgh st peter is nice and a lot quieter, bungay via geldeston is nice too, especially the locks inn at geldeston , if you can find it! they have an award winning orange wheat beer which they make themselves, its delicious ! good luck
