Hi! I am 14 too!
I think that the appropriate age is when you graduate from high school; when you become more mature and aware. Unfortunately, many students today date even earlier. They even date by the time they are only in Class 7!
But, think about it, the best time is after you graduate from high school, okay? Now, be friends first and then when you graduate from high school, you can ask that person whom you have been liking out. In that way, the answer might be a "yes" because in your high school years, you have been showing this person that you are kind, caring, etc.
That will give way to a lasting and loving relationship.

Well im 14 and i've been Dating my boyfriend for 7 months now.
And the ONLY reason why i'm dating him is because i love him.I know that sounds kinda corny to alot of people out there,but...i don't care = )
So i would only start dating if you feel ready because the average age that people start dating is about 14-15.And they usually NEVER last anyway.Alot of teenagers jump in before they are ready.DON'T BE ONE OF THOSE TEENAGERS. ash

Around 14-15. Dating could be in groups of friends (meeting at the mall, after school activities, going to the movies).
Parents should meet the person you are dating, let them know where you are and who you are going with. Above all, be yourself.

The ideal age for a girl to go our with a boy is always half of the mans age plus ten it may vary a bit but thats for sure the IDEAL.

i think the average age to start dating is 16.i think this because this is the time when you start driving and really bein able to hang out.

To me i belive that the average age is 14.5 ,because your body goes through a stage and harmon start running up.

Too young. Grow up some, about 2 years. You need to think and concentrate on your studies. Boys and men will be your whole life- after your education is completed!
