does anyone know where you can find a good decrypter for dvds?

I like DVD Shrink because it is free and it compresses a dual-layer DVD to a single layer DVD. The problem is there are no longer updates and there are a handful of DVD's that it doesn't work with. AnyDVD is the best because they make multiple updates every month. The bad part is that it's not free.
