Good question. I grew up not being the best looking guy in town. I also had a high fore head that I was self conscience about. The Bible says that the truth will set you free. You must face some truths about how life is. We live in an imperfect world with imperfect people. We all have flaws and imperfections. It is true that we live in a society that places too much emphisis on how we look. We grow up thinking that if I look a certain way and act a certain way, then I can be accepted by the crowd. This is not how it should be. You need to learn to accept yourself for who who are, not for how you look. You have been made with some great qualities. Remember, there will always be someone who is going to reject you or make fun of you for some reason or another. Be confident in your good qualities. People just want to be accepted for who they are, not for how they look or act. If you will be a person that makes others feel accepted unconditionally, than you will be a special person who most people will like. Most girls are interested in someone who is confident and has some ambition and goals, and is not stuck on themselves, more than they are someone who looks good. You are special. God made you and you are special to him. Be confident based on your good qualities and not on your shortcommings. Hope this helps. :)

you probly won't stop bein shy about this until you decide to accept it as part of who you are...you could always fix it with dentistry, but from personal experience with a dental issue of my own, I am happy to inform you that there are ppl out there who are going to love and accept you for exactly who you are, no matter what your physical "flaws" may be, and keep in mind, societies standards of beauty are on the fastest track downward so forget about tryin to be somethin that isn't lasting.
