There is a treatment called Laser Hair Removal. It is offered at many clinics such as The American Laser Association. You can find some clinics near you by using the internet. It is very expensive however, it could cost you thousands depending on how much hair you want to get removed. It is also quite painful and you will have to go for 4-6 sittings before the hair is completely removed.

Laser hair removal. It cost me $1600 for 4 treatments, lower leg only but it was worth it. I'd do the upper leg if I could afford it.

hmmm hair is a very important part of ur body....
it protects u frm various dust particles etc as it traps them...
well its something god given...why do u wanna remove it...as its further consequences r not predictable...
still as u want the answer...laser methods u can remove or plant hair permanently...
the best is wax or shave off the hair temporarily...when needed

It is not possible!! Laser might reduce the growth though.
