Just read your Bible. If you don't have one, get one that you can understand thoroughly and one that is in your faith or religion. The Bible in any translation prepares you about life and the understanding of mankind. But you have to be willing to open your mind and heart to the understanding of it. It will tell how to handle family, friends, and what is expected out of your life.

Sammy life can be complicated, especially when loved ones are involved. The only manual that we have for life is the bible. Even that is really complicated to understand at times. I am not a bible pusher or anything like that, but sometimes it is nice to read and relax. The o.nly thing that is expected from you out of this life is how you want to control your destiny. Loved ones will always interfere and tell you what is best for you. I think you should take a stand and do what you think is best for you. Love your parents and boyfriend, but make it clear that you are a women that can make her own decisions in life. Be honest to yourself and those around you, and things may get better.

Good Luck George.

No, I disagree that life should come with a manual. There'd be some sort of perfect way to put your life together. Then if there were a little default, the manual would have the exact answer as to what you should do. But by making mistakes, as people, we are better because we know what not to do and stuff.

Life does come with a manual!

In the first chapter, your parents and caregivers teach you everything you need to know.

In the second chapter, you are supposed to practise your skills and gain experience.

Third chapter you pass on your 'wisdom' to the next generation!

The only problem is : no one listens to good advice anymore!!!

Children think they know it all by the time they are ten, then discover how little they know by 25, by about 40 they realize how much time they wasted by all the goofing around they did and then they become just like their parents...

When rebelling against something make sure you know why you are rebelling--sometimes it's easier to go along with the status quo.

Good luck!

Wooooooooow...what a nice question...life with a manual !
sound u r smart and open-minded...i love girls like u...i would like to talk to you...here is my yahoo id : ali89ma
but if life comes with a manual then there is nothing to experience and explore and life would be boring without any changes ...but we usually get some basic information from some expert people like our parents or our friends !

If life came with a manual, then we might all be similar people and we would not be able to act like ourselves.

The best way to find out things with your BF or family is to talk to them. No question is a stupid question when it deals with the people that you love. Simply ask questions or tell them what you think. That is the best way to go. Good Luck!!

Pssssh do what you feel YOU should do. Not that you think they want you to do. However I know it's not that simple. If life came with an instruction manual the call center would be overloaded.

Nope, I dont' like life to be predictable, I don't want to know what is going to happen next. If I did life wouldn't be a surprise and I'd have no reason to wake up in the morning.

For some of us there is one. But life isn't simple even with a manual.

It does.......I have found a great book that really does answer all questions...It does take a while though to read through it all but it is well worth it, it could even save your life!!!! The Bible.

John 14:6 "I am the way, the truth and the life......."
