best thing is ask his frnds abt his likings and passion (may be bikes,cars,football,anything) or bteere if u know it urself since u might have know his likings by now.
tell him to teach u how to ride a bike if hes is passionate abt bike,else if he is passionate abt movies,go with him to movies. if he knows how to play pooll well, ask him to teach it to u (even if uknow it ask him to teach u).
