i drink softdrinks (coke) everyday is it bad for u?

Doctors are advising against Coke now days because of Acid in it which can damage your digestive system and teeth too. Try to avoid and go for fruit juices (home made)

All I have to say is that it's not good for you, but I don't know if it's bad for you. It is all just artificial junk like Sodium, corn syrup, acid and stuff. I know, I have the same problem, but I drink like three cans of diet coke everyday.

one 8 oz glass of coke is 100 calories.. so you do the math.. for the whole bottle, plus all the sugar that you intake.. I too love Coke but only alow myself one glass a day...

I consider myself a COCA - HOLIC. It's very bad for you to drink a bottle a day. Not only is it full of acid, it's full of sugar. If that's not enough, it's also loaded with cafeine I would watch my intake and drink water or juices that aren't from concentrate.

Yes, I stopped drinking pop and lost a lot of weight. That scared me something is wrong with the stuff, STOP or just limit yourself.
