Use either selsum blue or Head & Shoulders Shampoo for dandruff and make sure you condition with something for dry hair and scalp since dandruff occurs because your scalp skin is overly dry from all the chemicals in the pool. If possible before going to bed put mixture of olive oil and almond oil in your hair once a week. Warm up oil before and apply directly to roots, Once a week. Hope this helps. Good Luck =)

Swimming doesn't generally cause dandruff. Are you sure you don't just have a very dry scalp. Not any different from dry skin anywhere else on your body. Massage your scalp weekly with a good natural scalp oil. Leave it in overnight. You can generally find good products at beauty shops or beauty and barber supply stores. I would suggest something which utilizes "essential oils" of a good grade. Not sure of the connection to the rashes and pimples. The rashes could just be a response to very dry skin (chlorine in pools will really dry your skin out). The pimples may be something totally unrelated. Pimples could be a reaction to something, such as a chemical in the pool, if you swim in a pool at all. Pimples come with dry skin as well as oily skin. In general, dry skin produces "black heads" which are clogged pores. Oily skin usually produces "white heads". If you have Oily skin, then try using a product that helps reduce the oil, such as a facial toner that is astringent. For the drier skin, use a good facial moisturizer. Good luck.

swimming generally does not cause dandruff ,but if you think it is dandruff then try this -take Candid ear drops ,mix the whole content of the bottle with small amount of hair oil ,then apply on the scalp ,leave it overnight and wash your hair with normal shampoo,do the same thing the following day ,and your dandruff will be gone !! Pimples may be because of dandruff also.

Just grasping at straws, but put conditioner in your dry hair before swimming and use a swimmers cap if you swim laps. That will keep in all from rinsing out.

Is there a sauna or steam room where you swim? I rub coconut oil into my hair and scalp while using the sauna - helps a lot with the damage. Wash it out with Head and Shoulders afterwards.

Head & Shoulders shampoo. Seriously, it worked wonders for me back when I was on a swim team.
