Yes this amp will work, but you may want to look into something with just a smidge more power.... Its better to overpower a speaker and turn the gain down than to underpower with a dirty signal......

Mono = 1 Channel
Stereo = 2 Channels

For subwoofers stereo is not needed, low freq are unidirectional...

For the vast majority of amps you will get more power with a mono signal....

With the speakers you are running it will be only possible to run mono, to achieve the ohm load you require and the number of subs....

Think of it like this....

Mono Hookup / AKA Bridged

[*Left+*] [Left -] [Right+] [*Right-*]

Stereo Hookup / 2 Channels

[*Left+*] [*Left -*] [*Right+*] [*Right-*]

Where ** is the wire going into the output...

The amp should be sufficient for your install.
Mono basically is just one channel, whereas stereo is more than one. Take for example, your speakers at your computer or whatever. If you're playing a music track that, say, has the sound of a car driving from left to right, you'll hear it going from left to right. That is stereo sound. In mono sound, it'll sound exactly the same in both speakers, both speakers will play the entire thing.
