Between me and my husband we have 5 kids!!! They are also "stair steps"........ages are 2 years apart. I understand the TRANSISION you are goin through. In my personal opinion 3 was the biggest life change , as a MOM!! I had to quickly juggle their meals, rest, play, etc....!!
You are probably in the stage where ALL 3 are in diapers.............I remember all 2 well!! I feel for you. It will pass........you can do it!!!
My grandma had 9 children and she use to say"after 3 its just another helper." AUUUUUGGGHHH!!!!! kuddos to her,......
I think for most parents 3 is the "leap of faith," you go from able to place one on each hip.............to I need another hip{LOL....... ; ) }
All I can say is routine...Routine..............ROUTINE!!!! TRY TO MAKE MOST OF THE MAIN THINGS IN YOUR DAY SCHEDULED ROUTINES,....AND ........... THANK God for appt. books. In my appoinment book I have a different color for each category. For example, Doctor appt, soccer, meetings...etc...!
I hope this helps!!!!
Take one day @ a time, and start each with a clean slate!!!
~good luck~

ROUTINE......if anyone asks me about my "routine" I almost lmao! How on earth can you possibly have a routine when it comes to kids? The only routine there is in my house, is that supper is somewhere between 5 and 6:30 and then bath sometime after that and then bedtime somewhere between 8-9:30. Routines are impossible and down right silly cause what happens when your kids don't "follow" your routine? And they won't.....I have 3 girls.....ages: 4, 2, and 6 and a half months.....no routine works for me.

Well after your first one, adding another one on isn't hard!!! i think the transition from 2-3 was easier than 1-2 ..
