Don't waste your money on any fad diets, The first thing you need to do is control your calorie intake! If you can't work out because of your asthma then you need to go a different route (food calorie intake control) the ONLY way to lose weight is to eat right etc. vegetables, baked chicken, salads with NO dressing, fruits with out lots of sugars and NO red meat or anything fried. Also lots and lots of water!!! another thing you could do do speed up your metabolism is instead of eating 3 big meals a day break it up in to 6 small meals a day Etc. a fruit cup, some vegetables, whatever. Now here's the number one thing NO fast food!!! Now of course if you could get some walking in here and there that would help you, Why not go to a mall and window shop at least your walking around. Hope this helps you and good luck!

If you are taking steroids on a regular basis (everyday) forget it, this is a side effect. However, breathing is more important. My suggestion is to avoid asthma triggers, communicate your concerns with your doctor if he/she is uncooperative shop around for a good one. Preferably a recommended one and that specializes on asthma.
Beauty is on the eye's beholder and beauty has billions of faces. Being thin does not = beauty. Your priority is to breath. If you have asthma since a baby/toddler your asthma will wean around your teenage years. I wish you the Best and do not despair.

I also have asthma...just talk to your doctor and ask him for advice on exercise you can and cant do, eat healthier, and drink 6-8 cups of water daily....or just do 15 minutes of exercise....go to the gym and use a treadmill...something that isn't so hard! Also count the number of calories you eat a day...and check the calories you are supposed to eat for your age and height. Good luck!! =]
