Who should I pick up for fantasy football?

I am in a league where you can pick up anyone, and I need a big week. I have plenty of trades, I just need to know which players (QB's, WR's, RB's, and Def) that will do the best this week. I have been studying too long and my brain is fried! THANKS

Yes, I am in a league where you have a salary cap, so each week you can take who ever you want. I can even have the same players as someone else.
