Am i getting mad about something stupid?

My boyfriend has done this to me so many times . He'll go out with his friends and before he goes out he'll tell me he's gonna call me at 11:30 ish when he gets home. I'll stay up the whole night and he'll call me around 12 ish 1ish to tell me hes gonna sleepover his friends house . i get so mad , shud i be or no?

Only mad at yourself for letting your b/f have so much control over your life and moods. I would suggest sitting down w/ your sweetie and tell him calmly and with respect that when he says he will call at 11:30, then he needs to call closer to that time or don't make plans to chat until the next morning. If he says he'll call at 11:30 and he actually calls at midnight, I don't think that's too bad but I think I'm missing something. I'm not sure why you're bothered that he's calling to say he's staying over at his friend's and isn't at his own home. I'm not sure if you're expecting him to ask you over to his place or if you're suspicious of hanky panky going on. Good luck.

why is it the first thing people say is that he is cheating??? Look guys need time out too. I lose track of the time alot maybe he does too. Also maybe he is drunk and being responsibly about not drinking and driving home drunk so he stays with a friend. Hun get the fact first before you jump the the concusion that he is cheating. People are to quick to jugde. If it continues talk to him about it. Explain how you feel and ask him how he feels. Hope this helps ya.

Hell yeah! He knew he wasn't coming home in the first place. He could had called you an hour in advance (10:30), to tell you that he is going to sleep there. That wasn't a last minute thing, because he called you almost to hours later.

Hell yes you should cause it seems like his friends are more important than youy tell him you do not approve and he should start acting like a guy who has a gf and that going out with the guys is fine but he should call the time he says he will and no sleeping over.

I think there are better things to spend your energy on. I would just go to sleep and when he calls you can wake up for a minute to say hi. At least he does call you. Save the mad for if he ever does something rotten.

There is no "should" when it comes to feelings. You feel what you feel. My concern is that you already know that he does this, since you said he does this to you so many times. And it doesn't seem to make any difference in his behavior whether or not you get mad at him, since he does it again anyway. So....... it seems to me that you have a decision to make. Do you want to continue waiting up for someone whom you know isn't going to call you when he says he will? Do you want to continue to trust someone who is already lying to you? Once you answer these questions, then you will know what to do. You already know that getting mad isn't the answer since it hasn't changed anything.

First of all tell him not to bother calling. Nobody likes being woken up. Secondly he sounds inconsiderate and is probably cheating on you. Get out and get better.

I wouldn't be too happy either, not the fact that he is out or staying over friends house, but that he tells me one thing and do another... why don't you do the samething to him, and see how he feels?

I've been there. i use to stay up all night waiting for that one guy to call me back. and then i get confused, mad, and think all the bad stuff why he haven't call me.
i don't think you're mad at all really......i think you're just confused and feel betrayed. but don't be. (we can't help it though) girls like us get over reacting when we have guys set in our mind. try talking to him. well i hope i help your problem. =]]]
