Few Indians get it. Why not consult the British Council. They are more honest (and cheaper) than the "educational consultants".

Some schools in UK and the US are offering scholarships for foreign students, their requirements are also specified in their sites, you just have to be patient to surf for these offers. Here are some websites and leads for you to follow up. If you don't find what you are looking for in these websites, there are still thousands more. Keep searching at google.com. Good luck.
