Give him some sugar ASAP! My Maltese actec similar when she was about 4 months old and it was b/c she was so tiny and had used up all of her energy, so her blood sugar was way low. I put some Karo syrup (it's like liquid sugar in a bottle) on my fingertip and let her lick it. Once she got the sugar into her system she was better. This happens a LOT with small dogs. Our vet suggested doing this at least once a day until pup got bigger.

Puppies very seldom have so many worms that they die. They are sickly at best. Has the pup been vaccinated? Did it chew up and swallow anything ? Just keep him warm and comfortable. Offer clean cool, not cold, water.
Good luck!

Have you checked him for ticks, bites or unusual lumps. Sorry that's its not much help but the more you know you can pass the information on to the vet quicker. Check your phone book for a 24hr vet, even if you can just ring them to ask for advise.
I hope your puppy gets better.

if he'll be seen tomorrow don't fret too much, your puppy shouldn't starve over night. when my dog got really sick i kept her hydrated by squirting sugar water into her mouth with a syringe. keep the puppy comfortable, make sure its breathing, offer it soaked food, and try to keep it hydrated till it can be seen. good luck

i agree change vets...but its possible the anal glads are impacted and causing him pain so he doesnt wat to move. it happened to my dog as well. they will expel the glands and that should help. also, if there is an infection you may need to go back for routine visits just to check for a while. But your veterinarian certainly should have either gotten you in early or suggested an emergency vet.
