drink lots of water, but slowly through a straw. dehydration is the #1 thing that makes a hangover so dang nasty. then you'll need to pack a bowl, take 2 ibiprofen, followed by a two hour nap. when you wake up drink some more water, smoke a little more, and then make a box of mac & cheese (or something you know ur tummy will take easily). After that you should feel all better, but just remember it's all about the water, dont stop drinkin it till you feel better.

I have a great one but I doubt you will try it. During my adventures I lived in Mexico for a few years and found that Menudo is a great cure for a hangover. Menudo is a soup made from tripe and hooves both beef, hominy in a chili sauce. You put lemon, oregano and minced onions in the soup it will cure a hangover. With no headache or stomach pain. They sell it by the can or by the pot if you go to a Mexican restaurant. You should try it and forget about the ingredients.

There is no such thing as a hangover cure.Or some doctor would have written a book.Drink sensibly, and if you feel unwell-a couple of aspirin, and lots of fluids in the a.m.The liquid will help flush the booze and sugar that make you feel ill.Mostly be careful and eat something in the evening.

Forget all about drinking water after you quit slamming alcohol. You have to drink plenty of water while you are partying. This will keep your body from becoming as dehydrated, will not rule out a hangover, but will definetly lessen the morning after effects.

I am taking a bartending course...if you get a horrible headache, sick feeling, you know a typical nasty hangover...all those crappy side effects come from the sugar in the drink. Drinking a lot of water doesn't help you sober up, but it does help to get rid of the sugar faster, so you don't get the horrible headaches and such.

I read somewhere that your body gets rid of alcohol naturally at a rate of 0.01% every 40 minutes...which seems pretty slow, so give yourself lots of time to sober up.

drink lots of water...no drinks with sugar or caffeine...

The reason why you get a hangover...is because your cells are dehydrated because alcohol is a diuretic (excuse the spelling) and so to help prevent a hangover is to continue to drink lots of water while drinking....so this also goes the same with caffeine and sugar....

basically if you drink 1 can of soda you need to replace the water in your system by driking about 4 cups of water to replace the lost water caffeine and sugar do...however, drinking 8 glasses of water is not a scientific meter to adjust your water intake....it's a great rule of thumb to stay away from sugar and caffeine...You can still be healthy by driking let's say 4 cup of water a day if you eat the foods that are rich in nutrients (not processed...kinda like a raw diet)...and foods that are rich in water like oranges...

Try not to dirink to much, however, when you do the following will help. Drink as much water as posible before you go to sleep. Do NOT take aspirin as it only assists the alcohol to move thru your system faster. The large amount of water will help cleanse your system and minimize hangovers.
Also when drinking, try not to use carbonated beverages as a mix as they will only make matters worse.
