you said you needed mans help but i think i can help you. he might be busy don't pay any attention to your friends if you really like the guy who are not wasting you time. you need to tell him how you feel and make him understand what you going through. you don't need to be annoyed he would know if you really like him only if you tell him ( you are even fortunate for him to return your call i think he is busy) just stay calm and try to take it to the lord he would be the best person to trust in now

Well - he may just be busy... but he's also showing you were his priorities lie...
I'm ten years older than my ex... and I always took the time to prioritize her calls... admittedly not when I was in a meeting or busy with work... but I generally got back to her within an hour or three unless there was something truly urgent at work that prevented me from calling.
So - I don't know precisely what to tell you - if you're serious about him... try moving on to that great precursor to marriage - living together...
See where he is as far as commitment...
Anyway - yes, he might be busy... but as I said - there's the issue of his priorities... a man needs to demonstrate where his commitments lie - if you're a priority - he needs to make that clear in some way...

He could be busy.
He could be married.
There are a lot of people out there that do have very busy work lifes, he very well could be one of them, workaholics you know.
Have you been to his home? have you seen photo albums??
Is he commited to you? have you guys spoken about Love?
Be a shame to end a good thing just because he has a busy work schedule.
What does he do.
You can send me an email to answer the questions if you want, but if you are sure that he is not a married man then you might want to look at your needs and if they are being fulfilled in the relationship or not. Don't base the decision on how long it takes him to return your calls.

You have to make a call on this. Is the relationship good enough as it is? You have tried to talk to him about your concern and he apparently hasn't changed. Does his job take a lot of his time ? You are right, you don't want to waste your time. ONLY you can decide if you are wasting it and if it is time to move on. Good Luck.

Yes he's actually busy. One of the things that comes with age is a shift in priorities. This guy is old enough to know that his life won't end i he doesn't see his girl this Friday. That is one of the down sides of dating somebody older than you. Different priorities.

I'm way too busy for a younger woman.
I need someone who's calendar matches mine, and who stays just as busy.
But if he is into you he'll find sometime soon to let you know you're on his mind.

What is his job?

answer when you have time.

Well, I would say that he is either playing with you or is immature. A man over 30 should know by now what he wants.

Well, your just wasting your time. If he had a genuine interest in you...he would go out of his way to let you know it...Sorry, but sometimes the truth just hurts.
