No.
The only thing that increases the effects is "bubbles" which cause the alcohol to get into the blood stream faster.
(ie. you get drunk quicker on champagne than you do on a similar, non-sparkling wine)

I don't think so. Here's my theory why. Alcohol dehydrates you. Gatorade rehydrates you. So... would the alcohol make the gatorade less hydrating, or would the gatorade keep the alcohol from dehydrating you as much? Maybe the answer to proposed hangover most of us get from overdrinking could be solved with a little gatorade in the mixer! :)

gatorade is a electrolyte hydration product and it will not increase the effects of alcohol. it may increase the possibility that you will not have a bad hang over the next day...just depends on how you are using it. basically gatorade is loads of sodium and sugar. have personally used it to get over hang overs....but have never considered it a good mix with alcohol for a buzz....

yes, as a matter of fact Gatorade has a secret ingredient and electrolytes that when mixed cheep vodka like crystal palace ( it must be cheep because the cheep stuff has more impurities) the secret ingredient and the electrolytes bond with the impurities forming a super alcohol molecule that will not produce hangovers or any ill effects....oh and the vodka and Gatorade need to be room temp. or warmer for this to work....

No. Mixing anything with alcohol dilutes it and decreases the effect. The only thing that increases the effect of alcohol is more alcohol.

no it does not increase the effects.

and contrary to popular belief it doesn't help with the hangover.

i have had some absolutely horrific hangovers after drinking nothing but vodka and waters all night. the hangover is caused by the brain's dependence on alcohol.

hence why nothing beats a hangover like a beer when you wake up.
