(im a 15 year old girl) im a pretty good runner at school, but i havnt ran for a couple of months so ive gotten pretty out of shape (like i get tired quicker when i run etc etc)
i want to get good at runing again an also i need to have a structured eating chart... can anyone PLEASE help me???

i don't really have a lot of time however as i have a job, i was hoping maybe for some excercises and tips on running and such

Start going out in the mornings, or whenever you have spare time and doing a five minute/ten minute jog. If you can't run for long, run three minutes, walk a minute/two however long you need to recover, eventually you won't need the 'break' and you'll be fine, this builds up stamina.

To gain speed you need to be doing sprints, which on roads aren't easy, consider going to a local running track/field and sprint.

Get a trampette, a mini trampoline, its fun and keeps you very fit. They say jumping on it for 10 mins is the same as running for 30 mins.

At your age girlie you shouldnt worry about your weight but if you must try skipping it is a good exercise and gives you running practice

try eating mandarins & oranges only as you like and drink alot of water!!
