There is no way to target fat loss on a specific part or area of your body. So-called "spot reducing" is a myth. Often this myth is used to sell abdominal gadgets and gizmos on telelvision like the Ab-Lounge and all the rest. Read the small print when they show the "success stories". It usually says something like "these people were all part of a supervised program of nutrition and exercise", meaning they ate right and exercised regularly and probably used the magic ab device once.
No machine or exercise will take inches off of your stomach. Your body has a genetic pattern that determines where it puts fat and where it burns fat. If you get your body into calorie burning mode, it'll get to your stomach when it's ready. Maybe first, maybe last. There's no way to change that.
Also, you are 14 years old. Your body is going to change a whole lot in the next 2-4 years anyway. Just eat a healthy diet, do NOT undereat, maybe start playing a sport or two or seek the advice of someone who knows about exercise.

The Plank is one of the most effective exercises for working towards a flat stomach and revealing your six-pack or eight-pack abs. Not only does it strengthen the abdominal muscles, but also works the back and the hips. The Plank stomach exercise method requires no special equipment or exercise machines. All you need is the floor and your body. Here is the proper way to perform The Plank: 1. Lie face down on the floor or on an exercise mat. 2. Place your forearms and elbows underneath your chest with your palms flat on the floor. 3. Push up off the ground onto your toes and resting on your forearms. 4. Focus on tightening the abdominals while in the position. 5. Keep your back in a straight line from head to heels and don’t allow your hips to sag down towards the ground. 6. Hold this position until you can no longer keep your body in a straight line. 7. Bring your body back down to the starting position. 8. Start with trying to aim for 20 seconds and do 3 sets. Continue the exercise and try and work up to 30, 45, 60 seconds and beyond.

first of all subtract a little bit of that "fat" for the 7 layers of thick skin you have covering your stomach. second, subtract a little bit of fat that you will need to keep, because you can function with a 0% body fat. you will kill ur brain and blablablab anyways. running gets rid of belly fat, as does not eating junk food, or fryed food. dont forget about portions. you might as well just cut pigs and cows out of your diet, bcuz thier fattening. and bad for you anyways. and there ya go!. drink 9 bottles of water a day for starters, and then notice you lose maybe 2 pounds! simple. then cut out fryed foods, and junky bad for you foods. jog for 3 minutes, then go to a sprint for as long as you can, then take a walking break until you can start jogging again. then repeat a little longer and farther the next day. then you can make your results even better, by cutting out all processed foods out of your diet. change to whole-wheat bread. check ingredients. if whole wheat isnt 1st, 2nd , or 3rd, on the ingredients, its "bad".or not whole wheat. then start adding situps. cadio[getting ur heartbeat up] burns fat, not musle training[situps just tone] so no the ab lounge doesnt work alone. if you look at the fine print at the bottom of the screen, it says its paired with a healthy diet and exercise...
anyways, after a few weeks of this big change, you will notice a front cover magazine tummy! but you have to take care of it. if you go back to your old ways, you will go back to your old tummy. and the hardest part is sticking to this routene. goodluck!

Music makes you eat more. According to a work by the journal Psychology along with Marketing, soft, classical tunes encourage you to take time over your dinner, so you consume more foods. So, switch off – silence will always make you more aware of what you’re setting up your mouth.

It’s Friday brunch time and you just can’t stop going back with regard to seconds. But hang on! Stop for just a minute and suck on a supplementary strong mint. The flavour will probably put you off that finally plate of chicken korma/roast beef/sushi medley.

Buy smaller plates. Little crockery means portion control is really a lot easier – those diminutive helpings suddenly look huge and you’ll be happier to enjoy less.

distribution of fat on your body is determined by your genetics. i dont think there is way to target fat removal from your belly specifically. just try and reduce body fat in general and hope genetics are on your side..
