you've asked this question like ten times. instead of sitting behind the computer all day go out. go to the gym, take a dance class, start working out and eat more fruits and vegetables. don't drink soda anymore and eat healthier overall. drink lots of water and just watch your portions. don't go to fast food if you do!! good luck. its good that you are starting early. and don't give up!

Drink plenty of water, juice,and milk. Eat no junk food and eat small portions. Exercise and be active. Do not be a couch potato. A lot of the weight problems also has to do with how fast your metabolism is. I'm 24, 5'5", and 115lbs but I have a active metabolism and I can't sit for long periods of time.

What do you mean at risk? You sound slightly overweight now consdering your height is very short.
Drop 10 pounds safely by eating right and exercising. That's all you can do and should do.
worrying about gaining weight won't do any good. Take action.

You're never going to be stick-thin, but you should adopt a healthy lifestyle before it's too late. Exercise every day, maybe joining a sport or something would be good, and limit your intake of sweets, fried foods, fatty foods, and salt. It wouldn't hurt to see a nutritionist and have a special diet recommended to you.
