Why would he be a clone?
I assume you are trying to explain the ressurection but it's not that complicated. He wasn't dead when they took him off the cross.
People were usually left on the cross for 24 hours because it takes a lond time for a person to die in that way. Jesus was taken down after 9 hours and was still alive.
