i think that your hair now matches your eyebrows fine, but i understand what you mean. i have naturally blonde hair, but my mom's hair is brown and my grandma's hair was black, so my eyebrows were kinda strange. i dyed my hair black, and it kinda matched my eyebrows, but i still had to use black eyeliner to make them look right. i don't think that you realize how fast your hair grows until you dye it either black or blonde. my roots showed within 3 weeks. i tried to dye it back to blonde, and i ended up with orange-yellow (streaked) hair and a severely burned scalp. my point is, if you want it badly, then try it out by getting one of those mousse-dyes that lasts about two weeks (they have them in black) and be sure that you have black eyeliner for your eyebrows. and be prepared to get your hair professionally dyed back to its original color- i wish that i had.

No, black would not work for you. Actually, I think your hair is pretty in that picture, but if you want it darker, try dark brown rather than black. Black is the one color that is hard to get to look natural. It looks like dye on practically everyone except those who have black hair naturally and just want to cover gray.

Oh, but then some people don't care about hair color looking natural, do they?

I think a dark brown, or dark red would look better. Black is a very harsh color, and you won't really notice that till you actually dye your hair. Black is the hardest color to get out of your hair, so just make sure you really want to do it.

Good luck though, you look fine already. Happy new years!

Dying hair black looks extremely unnatural. I'm asian and I don't even dye my hair black. If I want to cover up previous colours or highlights, I dye my hair a dark brown.

Why not go for a dark brown, and get some lighter auburn highlights in it? It would look really natural, and it would give you that darker look.

in the journey that your hair is virgin, meaning it has no longer been colored already, you may get that utilising colour (dye). you do no longer could desire to apply bleach. opposite to different solutions here, there is not any dye that has bleach in it. colour and bleach are 2 completely numerous issues. in case you utilize a brown colour with an more advantageous quantity developer, 30 or 40, it truly is going to lighten your organic colour 3-4 stages and deposit the brown (devoid of utilising bleach). additionally, as quickly as you lighten it to brown you will by no skill initiate seeing your black hair in the time of the brown colour. it may desire to have been lightened, your organic colour pulled out, so there is not any black hair anymore. in case you bleach a black piece of fabric it would not turn black lower back, it truly is the comparable thought. in case you have already got colour on your hair the only thank you to lighten that's to apply bleach. colour can not raise by way of colour. It would not could desire to be bleached to blonde nonetheless, in simple terms some stages to the darkness you pick and then colores over to even out the colour and tone. Your hairdresser could truly have the skill to try this devoid of doing highlights like in that first photograph. If she/he tells you otherwise locate somebody who will do it the way you pick it.

Your hair looks good just the way it is, and you're really pretty. Maybe black will be a little too harsh. I'd leave it the way it is, but if you're really unhappy, I suggest dying it a dark brown color.

I would, only if it goes well with your skin color. It seems in the pic that you have very light skin. Black hair on you would look "gothish". If your going for that than by all means do it. But, if you want a more natural look you might want to try brunette with highlights.

If you would like to dye your hair a different color, I say go for it. Black would look nice on you, but it might make you look a little punkish and whatnot.

NO that will ruin it. What color are your eyebrows? You can try pulling the color out of your hair & make it blonde with proxide and then make your hair the color of your eyebrows.Or you can use a eyebrow pencil. By no means color your hair Black.
