...okay. Everyone knows that if you find a penny heads up, you pocket it, right?? Well. What if you find the penny heads DOWN? You can't leave it, it would always just stay heads down. Do you pick it up and toss it behind you, not glancing back? Or pick it up and give it to someone?? Does anyone KNOW?

A penny is a penny- I'll pick it up face up or down and pocket it. I do as lot of walking and I always find change on the streets and sidewalks.

You shouldn't even pick up the penny in the first place. A penny is a worthless waist of space.

Oh I have to pick it up either way. My Grandson gets so excited about pennies and he doesn't care if it's heads up or down!

hmm there are 3 options..
1. it's only a penny. you can probably afford to ignore it.
2. if you're superstitious, you can flip it so it's heads up and let some other superstitious person pick it up.
3. pick it up. it's money.

pick it up, no matter which side it is , buy a bread and give it to a poor girl so that you cannot harass yourself the whole life that you didnt help her, it will be indeed a brighter side for her.

i was always told to leave it be but I pick them up anyway. Comeon I find 50 and i have half a dollar. That stuff adds up.
