I know it sounds crazy, but I want a buddy that is dieting, trying to lose some weight before the summer gets here... Someone I can talk to threw E-mails to keep me motavatied... I think it might help me out... Does that sound stupid???

Please talk with me. I just started a diet and I think that talking will help alot. I also have messenger so we could set times to meet and talk on there to.

I think thats a great idea! I getting married on Valentines day and am halfway to my goal weight need to lose another 5kgs at least and starting to stress!! I am in Philippines living (am australian) makes it much harder with food choices etc over here!

I'm a former trainer and body builder........I've done many a regimen for supplements, diets and exercise and am still doing it for some online folks, young and old alike........just because I like to I do it in my spare time and will keep you highly motivated and on top of your game.

Not at all. I have been at it for 4 weeks and dropped 18 lbs so far. We all need support and people to relate to our lives. I hope you do well! :o)
