i think my braces forced my teeth outward enabling my mouth the ability to close itself

Have you had your tonsils checked? Swollen tonsils and adenoids will constrict the space where the inside of the nose drains into the throat. This will cause the patient to breathe through the mouth, rather than through the nose.
If this isn't the case, why don't you ask your orthodontist?

I think you must see a dentist.Braces do not force your teeth outward,but INWARD.
I dont think this is a disease,just a minor problem.
