~Avacados are a fruit that are full of the *good kind* of fat. So if you eat 1/4 of an avacado as a snack, then it should help suppress your appetite, til your next meal.
~Pomigranites are good cause they take forever to peel and eat.So in the meantime you are not really thinking about food and eating cause you are so busy peeling the pommigranite. lol
Maybe these other foods will help.

~Brussel Sprouts
~Cauliflower
~Celery
~Cabbage
~Lettuce

Turnips, rotten spinach, mouldy broccoli, slimey cauliflower, putrid potatoes, peas in puke sauce, brussel sprouts, rancid rutabegas, and swiss chard with ants.
