would you have responded? (For the guys)?

Question

I like others am guilty of sending a text message to someone about my feelings. I know it's taking the easy way out in a situation but whatever. However, i sent the text and the guy didn't respond. Would you have responded to the following text and if so, what would you have said. :

" I've been thinking about it for awhile and yesterday just reinforced it. I've liked you for awhile. Take that the way you want. I just wanted you to know."

What does this text mean to you and what would you think if someone text it to you. This is mainly for the guys.

if he hasn't texed you then he is probably thinking about it
