It depends. You might have to explain why so many short term jobs. If it was contracted for its fine. If you just kept on hopping it might not be good. So see how well you can convince the short periods of jobs.

Depends on if they are relevant to the job you are applying for OR if you simply need extra "padding" to have more IN the resume. If yes to either then include them, if no to both, then dont.

Not really! You may bring it out or highlight it in the interview! (unless you were able to achieve something in the few days on the job!)
