I know this guy who is bout to turn 32...lives with his parents, has no job....but they give him money for smoking etc....his dad is retired now I think, or at least semi, and his mother works as a foster parent so he does play with the kids and drive her to the grocery store and appt's etc, but isn't it time he got a life of his own or am I bein too judgmental?????

It's PAST time he got out on his own... I can understand living with parents to get on your feet after a hard time, but he should be out!

He lives at home. He has no job. He gets cigarette money from his father. Do they give him allowance if he does his chores? OMG he sounds about 10. Maybe 11.... he's mature enough to play with the younger kids right?

Weird weird weird. Oh yeah he needs to get a life.

My parents are enablers too. It's not completely him. His parents allow it. If the parents aren't telling him to leave I'm sure he sees nothing wrong w/ it. Take note though do not marry someone who still lives w/ mom and dad at 32

at 32, he should be having a life of his own and his own place to live, sounds like he might be a mama's boy or just plain lazy. your not being judgmental, its not normal for him to still be living at home and not having a job... warning be cautious

It's not bad that he lives with his parents still but they shouldn't give him money for non-necesities like cigarettes.
