I am just intrested in others lifestyles. So if you feel like answering a couple questions that would be awesome!

1. What would you say you eat on average for breakfast, lunch, dinner. How many calories do you think daily (if you have any clue).

2. How do you induldge yourself? Do you like ice cream once in awhile or do you think you induldge yourself to often?

3.what do you do for exercise, how much execise do you get daily.

And if you feel comfortable what is you height and weight....if you dont want to say thats fine you can just leave it out.

I am only asking this because it intrests me how others live there daily lives, and how it differs from mine. I guess i will choose best answer by who gives most detail. Thanks for answering!

2.no i eat the same amout for junk regularly
3.today i took a hike i play feild hockey and i just walk and dance around alot

1. breakfast - 1 package of oatmeal & coffee
lunch - lean cuisine
snack - cottage cheese w/ pineapple
dinner - chicken salad
I try to eat around 1500 cal a day

2. I eat chocolate, chips or ice cream about every other day. In my opinion, it is okay to eat anything...as long as I don't eat too much of it.

3. I hardly ever exercise. I go on a treadmill for 30min once a month.

5'4" 112lbs.

I in all probability eat 2500 energy. eat particularly healthy meals. different than pop! Gotta have it! I indulge usually with the pop. Ice cream not often. I excercise by potential of logging and weights approximately 3-4 situations each and every week.

1.B.Fast=smoothie and 2 piece of toast with jelly
lunch=beans and rice or something simple
dinner=something from vegan cookbook or whatever I decide to cook
calories=2200

2.Soy decadent Ice cream or vegan cupcakes or cookies,I don't indulge too often

3.Lift weights and run for 45 mins before school.after school skateboard for couple of hours or walk/run my three dogs

i usually have some cerials for beakfast...a sandwich for lunch...and maybe a cooked meal at dinnertime..then i eat fruit in between..im 127 lbs...i get exercise at work...i eat ice cream once in a while....and the odd bar of chocolate..im comfortable with everything..thanks for asking
