With my life... litterally.

Don't forget that the devil has his hand in the world too. He makes things miserable. God could stop that, and he will, at his coming. God does permit tradgeties sometimes, and it's one of the toughest questions to answer, because there could be so many reasons and examples. If you think back into a story book or movie, there's always some sort of horrible thing that happens before all is back again and everyone is happy. I think it's the same way with how God works. Even if things don't return back, somthing new may come, and no doubt to fultill God's plan for you.

See God does have a plan. He's not just letting whater happens to happen, going with the flow. It's kind of like a puzzle. We have the piece, and it's all we can see. The piece is pretty dull, only one, maybe 2 colors... but God has the whole puzzle in mind, and its beautiful.

No, God did not make us miserable or intended in the beginning that we should ever become miserable. There is a being called the Father of Lies, who did that in deceiving people to transgress His commandments and thus brought sorrow, sickness, sufferings as the consequence of sin.

12 “ How you are fallen from heaven,
O Lucifer,[b] son of the morning!
How you are cut down to the ground,
You who weakened the nations!
13 For you have said in your heart:

‘ I will ascend into heaven,
I will exalt my throne above the stars of God;
I will also sit on the mount of the congregation
On the farthest sides of the north;
14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds,
I will be like the Most High.’
15 Yet you shall be brought down to Sheol,
To the lowest depths of the Pit.
16 “ Those who see you will gaze at you,
And consider you, saying:

‘ Is this the man who made the earth tremble,
Who shook kingdoms,
17 Who made the world as a wilderness
And destroyed its cities,
Who did not open the house of his prisoners?’
Isaiah 14:12-17

yes. i don't see god as a person who tries to make everyones day misrebale, i think of it as a spirit... a being

maybe something good comes out of the misery.
some people put their own selves in miserable situation and blame it on God. it isn't right. I wish Americans could adapt to the Buddist religion. i believe in it totally

people who don't believe in god were probably tourtered in some part of their lives, but that makes a person stronger. we don't even need the body that we have.

I'm Agnostic.

I don't think God makes us miserable. Sometimes we make ourselves miserable, or someone else makes us feel this way. But to automatically say that God made your life bad is a little too extreme.

Yes I do.
But saying that God makes us miserable is wrong... God gives us freedom to do whatever we want, because of the love he has to us... his creation. Then, you can choose to follow or not follow him, it's up to you. Later, when you die, he is going to open the book of your life and ask you about all the things he considers important for him... let's see an example : you had the opportunity to help an old woman to cross the street but you didn't or you just kept a wallet you found and you know whose is it.

Saint Agustin said "Love and do whatever you want". If you love, you won't be miserable, because you'll always find something to make you more valuable, something to make you proud of yourself and proud to continue living.

Hope I helped, and if you have any questions. Don't hesitate to ask me.

Yes

God created man and Eden and exerted control over things and that mad existences pleasnt. When man crossed God, God threw man out of that controlled environment and also decreed that man will toil and bear children in pain. Actually those things probably existed, but in the CONTROLLED environment of Eden God probably lessened them or removed them from man, but NO MORE.

So God isn't intentally making YOU miserable. God just dumped your ancestors here and let them fend for themselves. IF anything is resonsible for misery, it is YOU. You can defeat any demon you chose or give in to them.

God is out of the equation as has been out of the equation for years.

Guardian angels are around and may help you here and there, but they won't stop you from falling and breaking an arm if there is not reason to stop you. Maybe you needed that pain for a reason.

What makes you think it's God doing that? Maybe it's a lack of God in your life that makes you miserable.

I do believe in GOD. he takes us through tough times to help us grow in our faith in Him.

I am going through a miserable time right now. I dislike my boss and I feel as if I am walking on egg shells when I work in the store, but when I work in another store (same company I feel stress free)

God loves you and wants you to learn how deal with it. Depend on Him he will carry you through, and as u look back you will see that he carried you through.

I would not be here today if it was not for GOD.
