I think that most people felt that Donal Trump used Miss USA to promote his interests. That is definitely Rosie O'Donald's view on things. That being said the pageants have to keep the women's image intact for as long as they hold the title. It was normal to strip Miss Nevada of her crown. The aberration was in Miss USA getting to keep hers.

Not at all, but different organizations were in charge of each situation. Donald Trump owns the organization that controls the Miss USA pageant. Miss Nevada would have been competing for the Miss America crown, which is a different pageant. So it just seems that the leaders of each organization view the situations differently.

Yes, I believe it was fair. While Tara had been drinking under age, Katie Rees (Miss Nevada) was shown in pictures, had obviously been heavily drinking and making out with another girl half naked. Sorry, but Tara was smart enough to at least not get caught making a fool of herself on camera. We all make stupid drunk mistakes, and that girl just had the bad luck to get caught.

Tara Conner is Miss USA, not Miss Universe.

Miss Nevada, Katie Rees, was a contestant in the upcoming Miss USA pageant.

In both cases, Donald Trump has the final word since he owns the rights to the Miss USA pageant...and he can do whatever he pleases. So, sometimes life isn´t fair...get used to it!

I don't think so. What Miss Nevada did was like 3 years ago. If miss Nevada got kicked out, so should miss usa.

One is just as bad as the other. Miss Universe should have lost her crown too. Donald likes younger women!

from the foul pictures that have been released, i dont think she is in any state to keep the crown. She is no role model for anyone.

i think of this relies upon on how she controlled her 2d possibility. omit u . s . a . is a place style for many, many women. She (Tara) could have ordinary the duty that characterize wining before entering into the competition. Now, she has the prospect to amend her movements and use the journey to convey interest to drugs and alcohol issue in US.
