att I don't know what means. maybe "atentamente" more or less "yours sincerely"

and "te me cuidas" is "cuidate", an expression that means take care but in an affectionate tone

Don`t worry thank you for choosing me to be your new friend Take care kisses

(It`s not well written in Spanish grammatically ) the last word is atentamente in Spanish, that means politely... that things you put at the end of the letters.

Don't worry. Thanks for choosing me to be your new friend. A kiss.

And the last word isn't a word that I recognize: perhaps it's the person's initials or username?
