Sexual activity, whether is masturbation or intercourse DOES NOT reduce testosterone levels or an athlete's performance in endurance, strength or ability.

However - for a short period AFTER ejaculation (approx 20 mins), men experience a sense of calm and tranquillity and a slight sluggishness which wears off completely.

It drops your metabolism, less energy, relieves stress..........you need stress in bodybuilding, energy, and a high metabolism. Pro body builders don't have lots of sex, boxers refrain from sex, sex is only a momentary feel good thing, but will ultimately ruin any workout............now sex on your off days is a good cardio work out, two hours of really good energetic sex is equal to approx. 9 miles of jogging, sex after your workout impresses your old lady........lol
