That should give you a good sense of where you fit in both health wise, and compared to others.

Heck no, I would love to be at that weight again. I was anorexic for many years during my abusive marriage, since my hysterectomy and divorce I have gained a few extra pounds, but my Dr states that being my sieze and height that we should weigh in around 125, besides that you can subtract 5 pounds for clothes while on the scale. It could just be the way you see yourself because at the weight you are I am sure you are just fine. If it concerns you that much, perhaps you could take up walking or doing some other form of exercise. Good Luck!!

Don't be concerned. Are you happy with the way you look?
The height thing is just a guideline. There are other factors that you need to consider. Your bone structure, heavy, medium, light frame is important. The amount of muscle tissue you have. What kinds of activities do you do? The fact that you are "concerned" gives you a could chance to evaluate your overall diet and fitness.
Rather than focus on your weight why don't you eat healthy and put together a fitness routine. Then your weight will be managed and you'll look great and feel even better about yourself!

You might get a better feel based on your measurements. If you're curvy, then no, youre not overweight. Bear in mind that it's more accurate to measure bodyfat % rather than 'pounds'. While you can get a bodyfat analyzer at the health section of any department store or pharmacy, the most accurate method to date is underwater testing. If you're 'stuck' with using only the analyzer, while it won't be accurate in what your true % is, where it does help is constantly using it to see if the % drops or rises. (example: after following the directions, it says I have 20% bodyfat, which is probably a reading that's too high.....however, two weeks later, it reads 18%...while I may not know if I'm that number or not, I am assurred that I have lost bodyfat)

no you are not overweight. I wish i was that size. I am 5'5 and I weigh 175 pounds but it look like I weigh 150 that is becaues I have a little high. people say I am lying when i tell them how much I weigh. Thats why it never pays to ask a guy how much do you look like you way, becaues you look one weight but really is bigger or smaller.

you can not judge just by height and weight. you need body fat percentage to tell if you are the bad kind of overweight. being overweight from muscle is a good thing.

NO. Not in my opinion.
I'm a guy, 5' 9"...the medical charts say I should weigh 155....that is NUTS.
At my best, healthiest weight, I'm usually around 180-185lbs.
If I were 155lbs, I would look terribly anorexic.
Don't obsess about your weight...just exercise, try to eat healthy and focus on more important things, like family, true friends, etc.

maybe you just have a higher muscle mass and bone density. if you really wanna know whether you're overweight, check the size of your waist. it shouldn't be more than half your height in inches.

nope. that puts you at a bmi of 23.6 , which is normal weight. expect to put on a little weight if you are young and haven't got your period yet. if thats the case , dont worry, it will all drop off when your older. if thats not the case, your still in the normal weight range! weight is dumb anyways ...its just a measurment of the force at which gravity is pulling you down![something like that] bboorrring.
