when u start thinking the difficulties god has given 2 u, u feel these difficulties r only given 2 u & thus u start ur crying.
while crying when u think more about ur life meseries, u feel 2 share all of ur tears 2 hide these problems.but u r not able 2 do that.{these r ur emonical feelings}
most of the people only feel sad,hate & affule but they do not cry.{these r mindal feelings}
so,when we feel sad, we must not unnessecerly cry,but we should decide that we will now not commite a mistake & if anyone will make us sad we will no be so.

Good, honest people getting screwed over, and animals being mistreated. A recent example on my mind is a Dallas cop who was killed by a drunk driver. He was off duty helping an old lady whose car had broken down on the side of the highway and the douchebag hit him and everything burst into flames. Another example is people who get bored of their cats and dogs and just abandon them. That makes me sad.

I have a friend in Pakistan that is a Christian and he lives in fear everyday for his life. He is a teacher in a college and because he is christian he makes below minimum wage. His faith is so strong. I think in North America we are so blessed to have such a freedom and I hope I never take it for granted again. Many blessing to you.

The one thing that can get me every time is my niece died of cancer at 16 years of age. She lived with us for several years so she was like a daughter to me. Seeing my sister that day was without a doubt the saddest day of my life. My sister wrote a poem about it and that poem moves me everytime I read it.
