Any islamic muslims want to say that that this criminal, this terrorist, this persecutor of his own people, murderous dictator is one of your own.

Please accept my appology for asking if Muslims are devil worshipers. I know that is not true! I am just expressing my anger I feel for the teaching I understand comes from the Koran that has caused the death of so many none Muslim people. It overwhelms me.

For years, Saddam was a Baathis- which is a group that does not believe in God.
Sometime after 1991 he was a self professed religious man, and was often seen with a Qur'an.
If Saddam turned to God and wanted to be Muslim in the final hours of his life- or even before that--- then that is between him and God.
To ask if we are devil worshipers is a bit absurd and I suggest you study up a bit on our beliefs.
I find that insulting and rude, but Im over it.
I hope Saddam felt true guilt for his actions, and I hope he turned to God in repentance.

every religion has people as bad as Saddam in it.
As far as the actual question alot of serial killers have carried bible to their execution, why did they do it? It had to do with their beliefs which often have little to do with peoples actions. Does anyone want to claim Ted Bundy, Hitler, Mao, Milosevich, or Sharon as one of their own?
NO Muslims aren;t devil worshippers how does that even come out of Saddam carrying the Qur'an?
Well may I suggest you read the Qur'an and find out for yourself what it says.
I have read it and found nothing in there that justifies the actions of extremists anymore then I have found anything in the bible that justifies a Christian tying an abortion doctor into the fetal position and burning them alive.
