why does that happen, i'm 14 and i don't have any trouble or problems at all but sometimes i wake up one morning and i dont feel positive as normal. is it part of puberty or something?

puberty can be quite a tough thing to get through m8, you will realise when you get older. Talking of problems, if you do get any , try to talk them through as keeping them on your mind can get worse as you get older.

It will go away and come back it's happening to me right now I got rid of it and then i came back im still sad

I think at your age your hormones are all over the place, and 1 min you're up n next you're down. Trust me it'll settle down but in the meantime go see ur doctor n maybe he could give you something to help. good luck.

No, your just a teenager with teenage hormones coursing through your body. Dont worry you will grow out of it soon.

Well, I'm an "oldie" now but would hate to be 14 again as I can remember how I felt then too- HORMONES, AAAARRRRGHHH!!
