Remember to eat your food in moderation. instead of having two pancakes in the morning, have one. portion control makes a huge difference to you weight and your way of life. pretty soon, your weight will melt off like a dream. stay away from chips and fast food and don't eat 3 hrs before you sleep. drinks sufficient water and walk/run more too. and don't forget that moderation is key.

120 lbs is spot on for someone who is 5 foot 5, that's like what? a size 4-6? if that much, with the new sizing? Do not lose weight, just exercise to get toned up if you need to...like you for you and do not focus so much on a number...

you are NOT, i repeat NOT getting overweight. You are growing. 5'5 and 120 is a very healthy weight. My sister is the same age and a bit taller and around 125, and she is actually skinny. We want her to gain weight.
The last thing you want to do is lose weight, the key is to stay healthy, exercising etc, and eating regular well rounded meals.

Im 13 too. It could be that your not getting much excersise and ask your doctor better to see what can be done i like to jump rope, would that help? I also eat more crackers and water, crackers prevent wanting to eat more and water is just plain good for you. And try to walk around and doing more running and stuff like that and you'll be in shape in a good couple months or so. hope that helped

you are not overwieght, unless your like some health freak. im 13 and a couple inches over 5 feet and im around 130 and my friends tell me i dont look fat. but im a guy that might be different for girls

Your not fat! You are pretty skinny for the age and height. Please don't worry about it! I'm not play around! If I thought you were fat I would come flat out and say it! Don't lose weight but don't gain too much.
