There was a show on the history channel that talked about a series of books, that deals with the coming of satan, the end of the world???

Yeah, it's the left behind series. By the way, it's speculated that John the apostle wrote Revelation, which the series is based on. If he did in fact write it, there is speculation that he wrote it when he was locked up in Crete, where they have a rye bread that if allowed to go moldy can cause hallucinations. So it's possible that Revelation was written by someone tripping on a hallucinogen. Just some food for thought for you to think about. :)

A poorly done series of three parts that misrepresent what the Revelation to John means.
The Biblical version in the Bible does not say the world will end . Only the world as we know it . It will be transformed into a Paradise again.
SATAN has already lost . When Jesus took the Keys to the Gates of Hell away from him to set free all who are there on the day of Judgment.

You are probably thinking of the "Left Behind" series; but don't believe them; they are based on a Mis-interpretation of Scripture which tries to say that there is a 'rapture' years BEFORE Jesus returns in glory.....

The Scripture says that the rapture, ressurrection, and Jesus's return in glory in the clouds all occur simultaneously.
