What is the cheapest PC DVD player that captures screencaps and video clips? I want one that captures screencaps (which are images from the video) and video clips? Does anyone know of the cheapest PC DVD player that has both of thoes capturing functions?

windvd and powerdvd both are dvd players and have screen capturing capablities

if you want video, then you need to rip the dvd to your computer and convert the resulting files to whatever format you want.

You dont get video capture simply by putting a DVD player in it! You will need some software!
